Retaining Wall Inspection Reports
As a QRWI (Qualified Retaining Wall Inspector) registered with the Department of Buildings, we are qualified to inspect, evaluate and provide comprehensive reports satisfactory to the department and provide expert recommendations to ensure retaining walls on your property are kept structurally sound.
Facade Inspection Reports (FISP)
As a QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector) registered with the Department of Buildings, we are qualified to inspect exterior building facades for stability and material defects. We are also capable of performing leak investigations and moisture assessments to come up with a cause and origin analysis to ascertain likely areas of water infiltration.
Violations and Penalties
Late Inspection:
Your building is at risk of expensive fines for each month ($1,000.00) reports are overdue.
Local Law Report Failure to file:
An owner who fails to file the required acceptable inspection report shall be liable for a civil penalty of five thousand dollars ($5,000) per year.
Failure to Correct Unsafe Conditions:
Ignoring unsafe conditions will cost you additional civil penalties each month until resolved.
